We aim to send out orders the day they are received however, as we are a small team, busy periods may lead to delays. Please be patient. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days from the date of ordering for UK orders.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been dispatched.

All UK orders over £40 are eligible for FREE 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, this is available to select at Checkout.

We ship internationally, shipping will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been applied. Orders are sent by Tracked Royal Mail. Please make yourself aware of your own country’s Customs & Excise Duty Policy, as you may be required to pay a duty to receive your delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note that as all of our products are handmade and 100% natural, they can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and scent.

If you have an issue with your order please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving goods, quoting your order number. We will always do our very best to resolve any issues.

We advise that if you’re purchasing a product for the first time to see if it suits your skin, it is recommended to patch test it first – FREE samples are available to order.

If you do change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 30 days to reach your bank account.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.

Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the product, and refunds can only be issued for products purchased on our own website. Customers who have purchased from other stockists, whether online or on the high street, will need to return goods to the place they bought them if dissatisfied, subject to retailer’s returns policy.

In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement.

We would advise that you patch test, an area of skin to ensure there are no sensitivities to the ingredients, and following this you can apply the product as often as required. FREE samples are available to try before you buy.

Your use of The Wildlee products is at the customer’s risk. The products are not medical products and are produced using traditional herbal remedy processes, where we extract the properties of herbs and botanicals in oil macerations, then combine these with all-natural ingredients, including the use of Essential Oils.

We only use an ingredient if it is essential to the effectiveness of the product and never use synthetic fragrances, petrochemicals, or colours in any of our products.

We use organic ingredients wherever possible, which are locally sourced to remain as sustainable as possible.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition or are taking any medication, we recommend that you always seek advice from a medical professional before using Wildlee products.
